1. Stay Hydrated


Hydration is key during summer. High temperatures cause more sweating, which means your body loses water quickly. Aim to drink at least 8–10 glasses of water a day. If you're spending time outdoors or exercising, you may need even more. For a refreshing twist, try adding lemon, mint, or cucumber to your water. Coconut water and homemade fruit-infused drinks are also great for replenishing electrolytes.

2. Protect Your Skin


Your skin needs extra protection in the summer sun. Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 every day, even when it’s cloudy.
